Subscription-based Pricing
webOSCAR is priced as a pro-rated, monthly subscription based on the number of employees who are enrolled in one or more compliance programs in a facility.
Pay Only for What You Use. webOSCAR's pricing structure adjusts immediately when your workforce size and composition changes. You don’t pay for any employees who are not assigned to any of these programs. For example, if you terminate or remove an employee from your Noise and Respirator compliance programs on the 15th of the month, you only pay for his/her enrollment on days 1 to 15 of that month—not a day more! You can add or remove employees from specific or all compliance programs at any time.
No Long-Term Contract. Using webOSCAR does not require any long-term contract or commitment. You can cancel at any time, without penalty. All your data are returned promptly to you.
Hassle-Free Service. We handle all software maintenance, data storage, system protection, upgrades, and problem resolution—saving your organization time, money, and aggravation.
General Employee Orientation Module. With your webOSCAR subscription, your facility receives a general training/orientation module FREE to use for all employees. Document your safety or orientation training, and use webOSCAR to store and track demographic information about all your employees—at no extra charge!
License and Implementation Fee
webOSCAR customers become licensed to use the product through a one-time license fee per facility. The license fee entitles each facility to ALL webOSCAR upgrades, including major new releases, for as long as you use the product. In addition, licensed users received unlimited electronic email support. Initial account setup and configuration, product training, and unlimited tech support (email and phone/remote) during the first 90 days are included.
